Debbie Moore

Debbie has over 10 years experience as a consultant in executive coaching and development. She works with both individuals and groups, enabling them to release their full potential and coaching them to attain their professional and personal goals. Debbie’s particular focus is with high potentials, career changers and maternity leavers, helping them to consider what the transition involves, take stock of where they are now and recognise and play to their strengths.

Maternity Coaching and Developing Leading Women

Over the last 4 years, Debbie has provided maternity coaching for many clients working with both individuals and groups before, during and on return from maternity leave. She regularly coaches the individual’s managers to ensure understanding and success of the programme. Debbie recently designed and delivered Bank of America’s highly successful Returning Talent programme and Nabarro’s Talent Development Programme. Her programme management and content design skills are a considerable asset to all her clients.

Background

Prior to consulting, Debbie worked for 12 years at the Arcadia Group, initially in commercial management, and then progressing to management development where she eventually managed a training and development team and was directly responsible for the coaching and development of all Senior Executives within the organisation.

Qualifications

Debbie is a graduate, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and is awaiting her accredited status with the Association for Coaching and assists with their Assessment programme. She has ensured our Management Fundamentals and Maternity Coaching programmes are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and the Association for Coaching and is joint leader and supervisor (with Kate Buller) on our Professional Coach Recognition programme.
