Jo Partington

Jo is an experienced executive coach who enjoys working in partnership with individuals to enable them to realise their goals, aspirations and full potential. Her multi industry (Financial Services, Legal, Retail, FMCG, Advertising and Sports) and cross cultural experiences (in Europe and the Middle East) provide her with a strong commercial focus and understanding of the organisational skills and ‘know how’ required to work successfully across national and international businesses. She proactively uses this knowledge and experience to help her clients accelerate their personal development and create straightforward solutions that are actionable and measurable. In particular she enjoys working with high potential individuals who are transitioning into or who are new to roles or who are experiencing challenging transformational change.

She has a positive, empathetic style that enables her to quickly form strong coaching relationships and use her creative and strategic thinking skills to act as a catalyst for change and deliver results. Jo really enjoys working on a one to one basis with clients, developing unique coaching programmes that enable them to build a greater level of self awareness and understanding and focus on how to use their personal strengths to realise their coaching goals and deliver measurable results.

Maternity Coaching

Jo has been involved in Maternity Coaching since 2009 and works successfully at a middle and senior management level to enable her clients to proactively and positively mange this life changing transition. She is able to pull on her own life experiences to make this a positive and successful experience!

Background

Prior to becoming an executive coach in 2009 Jo worked at a senior level as an HR and Talent Development Professional across the Financial Services, Retail, Sports and FMCG industry sectorsHer additional areas of expertise include leadership and talent development, succession planning and talent review and performance management.

Qualifications

Jo has an MSc in Human Resource Management from UMIST and a degree in Retail Marketing. She has also successfully completed the Strategic Talent Management Programme at the London Business School, the Professional Coach Recognition Programme, is an accredited member of the Association for Coaching and is MBTI qualified.
