Coaching Style

Charlotte works regularly as a facilitator and specialises in designing and running programmes addressing: Persuasion and Influence, Team Building, Coaching and Personal Development. Charlotte also works as a coach to Middle and Senior Managers, with a particular focus on supporting individuals to increase productivity, motivation and confidence through building a practical plan to link individual aspirations with the commercial priorities of the business.

Maternity Coaching

Over the past four years, Charlotte has provided coaching for senior women at variety of organisations including Allen & Overy Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Herbert Smith. She brings her own experience as working mother, as well as 12 years as a management development specialist to her maternity coaching.

Background

Charlotte has worked as a management development specialist for 15 years and for the last 8 years, as an external Consultant. Charlotte’s core experience has been in a mixture of generalist HR roles in fast paced customer serviced environments working with both head office and field based employees.

Qualifications

Charlotte has a Psychology BA (Hons) and has studied towards completing a postgraduate qualification in Counselling Psychology. She is qualified Level A and B BPS and is trained to feedback on various psychometric tools e.g. MBTI, 16PF and Emotional Intelligence. She is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Association for Coaching.

Clients include Miss Selfridge, White stuff, Medical Protection Society, and Dixons Store Group, Deutsche Bank, Herbert Smith and Allen & Overy.
