Debbie Moore

Debbie has nine years experience as a consultant in executive coaching and development. She works with both individuals and groups, enabling them to release their full potential and coaching them to attain their professional and personal goals. Debbie’s particular focus is with high potentials, career changers and maternity leavers, helping them to consider what the transition involves, take stock of where they are now and recognise and play to their strengths.

Debbie has a focused, energetic, and practical edge to her coaching, helping individuals develop the awareness, confidence and motivation for change.

Maternity Coaching

Over the last 4 years, Debbie has provided maternity coaching for Arcadia Group, Allen & Overy, SJ Berwin, and Deutche Bank working with individuals pre, during and on return from maternity leave. In some cases this has included working with the individual’s manager to ensure understanding and success of the programme. Her extensive executive coaching experience over the last 9 years, together with her practical experience of being a mother of two, places Debbie in a unique position to coach and develop women and their line managers.

Background

Prior to consulting, Debbie worked for 12 years at the Arcadia Group, initially in commercial management, and then progressing to management development where she eventually managed a training and development team and was directly responsible for the coaching and development of all Senior Executives within the organisation.

Qualifications

Debbie is a graduate, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a member of the Association for Coaching and follows their ethics and guidelines. She has trained extensively in the use of psychometric profiles and holds BPS levels A and B, Myers Briggs Type indicator 1 & 2, 16PF5, LEA (Leadership Effectiveness Analysis), and ILS - Inventory of Leadership styles (Hay Group). Debbie is experienced in using these tools in 360 feedback format together with others such as Pilat and Psymmetry.
